Sechelt Festival of the Arts, July 30 to August 7

Hi Gang, It's that time of year again,

The Sechelt Festival of the ARTS has a CALL OUT FOR ALL VISUAL ARTISTS we will have a larger show this year with lots more sales. An 8 day exhibition for free with no commissions, what else could we ask. A wonderful opportunity for new emerging artists and this year a Children's and youth venue.

If you know any new artists, children or youths (up to 16) that are artists, pass this message along and encourage them to join our coast artists bunch.

We finally got the SFA web site up and running, mind you we have a few corrections and additions to do but all the registration forms are up and working so they can be used as of now. I have also attached to this email the contract and several different registrations so if you don't wish to use the website you can use the attached forms, the web site is easier as it is a direct submit to me. When I receive your registration I will issue you exhibit number, this will confirm your registration. Things are shaping up very well, a lot going on this year, Elaine is working very hard to get things to come together and doing a great job. I have been working on the web site so we can make things a little easier for you guys and ourselves of course.

Soooo--let's get on with registration, don't forget to get the kids involved and yourselves in some of the different events this year, the kids and adults chalk art competition for example, great fun, entertainment while you work and Prizes-- Prizes are always fun.

Don't forget to fill out the volunteer form or call me we need lots of help this year, and you get a tee shirt if you volunteer for on site work, short shifts and great fun meeting the public and artists.

Register at: http://www.secheltfestivalofthearts.com/ Tell your friends an even non-friends and get them registered, we all want to have a wonderful festival this year.

If you need to talk to Elaine or myself please use the "contact us" page on the website
Best regards, Bob Moore
